Taking into account your goals, your current fitness level, and any health challenges you may have, I’ll create an individualized training program customized for you. I keep things interesting by utilizing a variety of exercises and equipment; this means every workout will be different while consistently working towards your goals.
As a personal fitness trainer certified by National Academy of Sports Medicine, I use a systematic total-body reconditioning program incorporating six key components of training: flexibility, cardio-respiratory, core, balance, power, and strength — all essential for daily living and injury prevention, no matter your age or current fitness fitness level.
I believe in continually expanding my professional knowledge even beyond the continuing education credits required by my NASM Certification so that I can be better equipped to help my clients.
