Ready to get in shape, or to liven up your current fitness routine? Do you feel intimidated in the gym, or do you need more accountability when it comes to healthy habits? Personal training may be the answer.
Train with a qualified and caring coach.
Taking into account your goals, your current fitness level, and any health challenges you may have, I’ll create a training program to get you moving better and feeling stronger. I keep things interesting by utilizing a variety of exercises and equipment while consistently working towards your goals.
As a personal fitness trainer certified by National Academy of Sports Medicine, my science-based programming incorporates flexibility, cardio-respiratory, core, balance, power, and strength training — all of which are essential for daily living and injury prevention, no matter your age or current fitness level.
My coaching style is body-positive and encouraging. If you’re looking for a drill instructor, that’s not me — but if you want a knowledgeable and caring coach cheering you on through your workouts, then I might be the right fit for you.
I believe in continually expanding my professional knowledge so I can be well-equipped to help my clients. In addition to the certification listed below, I also make it a priority to learn from a wide variety of fitness experts through books, articles, podcasts, or workshops.
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT)
Certified Distance-Running Coach (RRCA)
Certified Pre- and Post-Natal Fitness Coach (GGS-CPPC)
