My coaching style is body-positive and encouraging. If you’re looking for a drill instructor, that’s not me — but if you want a knowledgeable and caring coach cheering you on, then I might be the right fit for you.
My training programs incorporate core work, mobility, balance, and strength training — all of which are essential for daily living and injury prevention, no matter your age or current fitness level. One-on-one training gives you the opportunity to focus on proper form for each exercise in order to maximize the benefit of each movement.
I believe in continually expanding my professional knowledge so I can be well-equipped to help my clients. In addition to my certifications, I also make it a priority to learn from a wide variety of fitness experts through books, articles, podcasts, and workshops.
