As a busy mom still raising kids, I get how hard it can be to make fitness work with real life. I’ll offer recommendations, help you over the hurdles when life gets crazy, and provide guidance, encouragement, and accountability.

This is NOT a one-size-fits-all approach. We’ll work together to determine the best steps to get you closer to your specific goals, and we’ll work through any challenges. We’ll have one-on-one coaching sessions as needed via phone, plus regular check-ins as we go.

I’ll create a personal training plan for you, using the equipment you have access to — at home or at the gym. I use science-based methods to incorporate core work, flexibility and balance, cardio, and strength training — all essential for daily living and injury prevention, no matter your age or current fitness level. Your workouts will be available anytime via computer, iPad, or smart phone. Every exercise includes a video tutorial to help you train safely and effectively, even if you’re a beginner. You’ll be able to message me anytime.
