This is NOT a one-size-fits-all approach. We’ll work together to determine the best steps to get you closer to your specific goals, and we’ll work through any challenges. We’ll have one-on-one coaching sessions via phone, plus accountability and check-ins between sessions.

I’ll create a personal training plan for you, using the equipment you have access to — at home or at the gym. I use science-based methods to incorporate core work, flexibility and balance, cardio, and strength training — all essential for daily living and injury prevention, no matter your age or current fitness level. Your workouts will be available anytime via computer, iPad, or smart phone. Every exercise includes a video tutorial to help you train safely and effectively, even if you’re a beginner. You’ll be able to message me anytime, and I’ll be checking in with you often.
