If you already subscribe to my fitness newsletter, then you get my new posts delivered right to your email. I’ll occasionally be sharing posts like this, too, with a summary of my favorite recent links from around the web, healthy product recommendations, plus health tips and motivation, and anything new related to my classes, coaching, or other services. Subscribers can still expect an average of two emails per month: enough to keep you inspired but not enough to clog your inbox!
Hey– just in case no one told you today… you’re doing great!
What I’m loving right now:
I looked and looked for an all-natural deodorant that actually WORKS, but they all disappointed me — until I tried SmartyPits! I’ve been using it for over a year and I love it. It smells great, it keeps me from being smelly, and unlike many natural deodorants, it goes on nicely too. And NO yucky stuff!!! I prefer the baking soda-free version because of my super sensitive skin; this is my favorite scent so far.
Anyone who knows me or follows me online for about 5 minutes knows I’m a tea addict. I don’t do coffee but I do start my morning with a lovely cup of black tea. But at the end of the day, when I don’t want caffeine but I do want something good for my body, the “three ginger” tea by Pukka is my current favorite. Ginger and turmeric (another ingredient in this tea) are both known for their anti-inflammatory properties.

Fitness class update for June:
I’m taking a wee little hiatus on teaching fitness classes this month due to surgery. (No worries: I’m fine!) However, I’m delighted to announce my brand new certification as a Nutrition Coach so I’ll be making good use of my off time developing new offerings for both local and online clients.
